Account & Registration

Go to bjlive.run/register and fill in your full name (as on your CNIC), a Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth and province. Set a username and password, confirm you are 18 or older and agree to the Terms. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile number to verify your account. Once verified, your account is live and you can make your first PKR deposit immediately. The full process takes under two minutes.

No. BJLive strictly allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts sharing the same name, mobile number, CNIC, payment method or device are detected automatically and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances. If you have forgotten your existing account details, use the Forgot Password option or contact support@bjlive.run — never create a new account.

No documents are required at registration. Identity verification (KYC) is triggered before larger withdrawals or when BJLive's compliance system flags an account for review. At that stage, you'll be asked to upload a clear photograph of both sides of your CNIC and potentially a selfie holding it. The verification process is handled securely and documents are reviewed within 24 hours in most cases.

Log in and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address, change your password and manage notification preferences. To update your registered mobile number (used for OTPs and withdrawals), you need to contact support@bjlive.run as number changes require identity verification for security purposes. Password changes take effect immediately.

Accounts are locked temporarily after multiple failed login attempts (auto-unlocks after 30 minutes) or suspended pending verification. If your account is suspended, you'll receive a notification explaining the reason. Contact support@bjlive.run with your registered mobile number and full name. The support team will review your case and respond with next steps, usually within a few hours.

Contact support@bjlive.run and request a permanent account closure. Your real money balance (minus any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account within 3 business days. If you are closing due to problem gambling concerns, consider using self-exclusion instead — it is more immediately protective and prevents impulsive reopening.

BJLive is an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register and make any real money transactions. Date of birth is verified at registration and again during KYC. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately, balances returned, and the matter is escalated to the compliance team. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Deposits & Payment Methods

Log in to your BJLive account and go to the Cashier or Deposit section. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard — enter the amount in PKR and follow the on-screen instructions. Most methods process instantly. Your balance updates the moment the transaction confirms. Minimum deposit is Rs 500.

The minimum deposit at BJLive is Rs 500. There is no published maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value single deposits may trigger a routine compliance check before processing. All deposits and balances are displayed in PKR with no currency conversion fees applied.

Do not deposit again. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are almost always instant. Bank IBFT can take up to 30 minutes during normal banking hours. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected processing time, contact support@bjlive.run with your transaction reference number, the amount, the payment method and the exact time. The payments team can trace and confirm the transaction, usually within 15 minutes.

BJLive accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are in PKR. No international payment methods or crypto are currently supported. The available methods may vary slightly based on your account verification status.

BJLive does not charge any fees on deposits. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account — no processing fee, no currency conversion charge, no platform levy. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, bank, etc.) may have their own transaction limits or fees on their end, but BJLive does not add any charges on top.

Yes. BJLive accepts deposits via Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT) from all major Pakistani banks including HBL, MCB, UBL, Meezan, Allied Bank and others. Select "Bank Transfer" in the deposit section for the BJLive bank account details. IBFT deposits are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal banking hours. Always use your BJLive username or player ID as the payment reference to ensure your deposit is matched correctly.
Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in, go to the Cashier section and select "Withdraw". Choose your payment method (Easypaisa or JazzCash recommended for fastest processing), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed 24/7 and funds typically arrive within minutes. Bank transfers can take 1–3 business days. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

The minimum withdrawal at BJLive is Rs 500. Standard players have a daily withdrawal limit of Rs 100,000 and a monthly limit of Rs 500,000. VIP Club members benefit from higher withdrawal limits — see the VIP Club page for tier-specific details. Withdrawal requests above your current tier limit require a short review period.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes and often arrive within minutes of being approved. Bank IBFT withdrawals take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. First-time withdrawals or those that trigger a KYC review may take longer while your identity is being verified. Once KYC is cleared, subsequent withdrawals process at standard speed.

Common reasons include: pending KYC verification, incomplete wagering on an active bonus, a name mismatch between your BJLive account and your payment account, or the withdrawal exceeding your current limit. Check your notification inbox for a specific reason. If none is provided and the withdrawal has been pending beyond the expected time, contact support@bjlive.run with your withdrawal reference number.

Generally, BJLive processes withdrawals to the same payment method and account used for deposits. This is a standard fraud prevention measure. If you need to withdraw to a different account (for example, your Easypaisa number has changed), contact support@bjlive.run. The team will guide you through the verification steps required to authorise a withdrawal to a new payment account.

BJLive does not apply any withdrawal fees on its end. The amount you request is the amount sent to your payment account. As with deposits, your payment provider may have their own fees on received funds, but these are outside BJLive's control. Bonuses & Promotions

Register a new BJLive account and make your first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to your account — no bonus code or manual claim is required. The bonus appears as a separate balance from your real money funds. To release bonus funds as real cash, you need to meet the wagering requirement. A wagering requirement (also called rollover or playthrough) is the total amount you need to bet before a bonus converts to withdrawable real money. For example, if you receive Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 10,000 in total bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Your progress is tracked in real time on your account dashboard. Different games may contribute different percentages towards wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while some table games contribute less.

BJLive bonuses have an expiry window — typically 7 to 30 days from when they are credited, depending on the specific offer. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed. No. Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. You can, however, withdraw your real money balance at any time regardless of active bonus status — though doing so before completing wagering will typically forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
