BJLive Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BJLive. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and BJLive ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at bjlive.run. BJLive is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Pakistani players.

By accessing bjlive.run, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the BJLive platform.

These Terms should be read together with the BJLive Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and BJLive. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any bonus-specific terms, the bonus terms will take precedence for that specific promotion only.

To register and maintain an account on BJLive, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BJLive strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification checks may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, a legal entity or a third party is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a BJLive employee in a role related to platform operations, game design or odds setting.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from BJLive or subject to any exclusion order at the time of registration or during your use of the platform.

BJLive reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Accounts found to be ineligible — whether at registration or later — may be suspended and any balances held pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one registered account on BJLive. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods or devices — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering, including your full legal name, mobile number and date of birth.
• You must keep your registration information up to date. You can update your details by contacting BJLive support at support@bjlive.run.
• BJLive may request documentary verification of identity and age at any point. Common documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Passport or other government-issued identification.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Verification Process

BJLive may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until documentation is received.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BJLive account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. BJLive will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong, unique password for your BJLive account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Log out after each session, particularly if using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for enhanced security.
• Notify BJLive support immediately at support@bjlive.run if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

BJLive is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security. Any activity that occurs through your account prior to you reporting a security breach will be treated as authorised unless BJLive determines otherwise following investigation.

Deposits

BJLive accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Accepted payment methods currently include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your BJLive wallet instantly.
• Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect during normal banking hours.
• BJLive does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. BJLive aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within three minutes of approval.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Pending bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will not be included in the withdrawable balance until requirements are met.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. This is standard practice and is not an indication of any problem with your account.
• BJLive reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

BJLive offers various promotions and bonuses to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be displayed alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all BJLive bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses credited to your account carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is shown on the promotion page.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire after a fixed period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless BJLive explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Welcome Bonus: The Welcome Bonus is available to new registrations only, one per player, one per household, one per device and one per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino, sports betting and Ludo games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are shown in the individual bonus terms.
• Abuse: BJLive reserves the right to remove bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close the account of any player found to be abusing bonus offers, exploiting system errors or coordinating bonus abuse with other players.
• No Bonus Withdrawal: Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable. Only real money funds and real money winnings (once wagering requirements are met) may be withdrawn.

BJLive operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bet stakes, winnings, bonuses and displayed prices are denominated in PKR. The currency symbol used throughout the BJLive platform is Rs.

Accepted payment methods are limited to services that operate within Pakistan's financial system. Payments via international e-wallets, cryptocurrencies or accounts based outside Pakistan are not accepted and will be rejected or refunded.

BJLive is not responsible for any delays, errors or charges imposed by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your BJLive wallet within the expected time frame, please contact support at support@bjlive.run with your transaction reference and we will investigate promptly.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports and esports betting activity on BJLive. Product-specific rules may supplement these general rules.

Bet Placement

• A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference from BJLive. Bets submitted but not confirmed are not valid.
• The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applicable to your bet, subject to late price changes flagged before confirmation.
• BJLive reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started, where the market was inadvertently left open after the event began, unless the market was explicitly designated as an in-play market.

Void Bets and Refunds

• Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned or otherwise do not produce a valid result are voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided at BJLive's discretion. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full.
• In-play bets that are placed after the relevant event or outcome has occurred (due to data feed delays) will be voided and stakes returned.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

• For matches reduced by weather or other interruptions, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result is the official result for betting purposes where applicable.
• A cricket match must achieve the minimum number of overs required for an official result, as determined by the governing body, for match winner bets to stand.
• PSL and international Pakistan matches follow ICC and PCB regulations for official results. BJLive follows the official umpire and match referee decision for all outcomes.

All casino games available on BJLive — including slots, live dealer tables, Andar Bahar, Ludo and jackpot games — operate under the following general rules:

• All random outcome games on BJLive use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified for fairness.
• Game rules specific to each title are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Technical malfunctions in any game void the round and return the stake. BJLive will notify players of any such instances.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer announces the result. No disputes regarding live game outcomes will be accepted after the round is closed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on BJLive's end.
• For Ludo games, any disconnection during a paid session will be handled according to the in-game disconnect policy displayed before the game begins. In general, a timeout disconnect may result in the round being forfeited if the game cannot be completed.
• Jackpot prizes are awarded as a lump sum in PKR to the eligible winner's BJLive account. Progressive jackpot prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.

BJLive is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to support responsible play, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased instantly — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the BJLive platform. Short-term exclusions run from 24 hours to six months. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications during play that remind you of how long you have been logged in and the net result of your session.

All content on the BJLive platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, sounds and animations — is the intellectual property of BJLive or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any BJLive content without prior written permission.
• The BJLive name and logo are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party suppliers is licensed to BJLive and subject to the terms of those licence agreements. Players receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use games solely for personal entertainment.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BJLive and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in any way.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting or any form of manipulation of sporting or gaming outcomes.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unauthorised advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using another player's account, sharing an account or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening BJLive staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, verification process or technical restriction implemented by BJLive.

BJLive cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigating suspected financial crime and fraudulent activity. Relevant player data may be shared with authorities in accordance with applicable law.

BJLive reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete requested identity or payment verification within a reasonable time frame.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute filed by the player against a BJLive transaction.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to prior notification.

Balances on Closure

Where an account is closed by BJLive due to a Terms violation or fraud, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, forfeiture of the full balance may apply. Where an account is closed at the player's request without any violation, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds with incomplete wagering) will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact support at support@bjlive.run. The process is straightforward and carries no penalty or fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BJLive's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• BJLive is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• BJLive is not responsible for the content, availability or performance of third-party payment providers, software suppliers or telecommunications services used in connection with the platform.
• BJLive makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to minimise disruption and provide advance notice where possible.
• BJLive accepts no liability for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures or cyberattacks.

BJLive reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the BJLive website for a period of at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the BJLive platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at bjlive.run/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.
