How long does registration take?

Registration at BJLive takes under two minutes for most players. You fill in your details, set a password, verify your mobile number via OTP and your account is live. The entire process is done on one page and does not require any document uploads at this stage — those are only requested later if a KYC verification is triggered.

Can I register on mobile?

Why is the name on my account important?

I didn't receive my OTP. What should I do?

First, check that the mobile number you entered is correct — it must be an active Pakistani SIM. OTP messages occasionally experience a short delay on some networks. Wait 60 seconds and use the "Resend OTP" option. If the OTP still doesn't arrive after a second attempt, contact support@bjlive.run with your registered mobile number and the support team will verify your account manually.

Is BJLive safe to register with?

BJLive uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted through the platform. Passwords are stored using strong cryptographic hashing — they are never stored in plain text and are never accessible to BJLive staff. Personal data is handled according to the BJLive Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Your financial details are not stored on BJLive's servers in full form.

After your first deposit is confirmed, your welcome bonus — if applicable — will appear in your account balance within a few seconds.
